  Food was very unimpressive here. Rice was dry and salty, mashed potatoes were over-salted, overall meal was not good. Maybe it was just our experience, but I'm surprised this restaurant is still around. Perhaps they've improved, or people primarily come for bar food?

  I'm editing my review and adding a star because I've come to really like this place. The bartenders know their stuff and out-of-the-ordinary requests are not a problem. Decent beer selection. The food is consistently good but the deserts are top notch. A half dozen large TVs make the bar perfect for game days. The owner and managers are attentive and we get consistently good service from all the staff who exhibit a high degree of professionalism.

  We love sitting out on the porch on warm spring/summer days. Wild Salmon Pomegranate salad is nice. Staff is always nice

  Love this place! Me and my wife have been frequenting canyons for 3 years now and dig it. Great food, great staff and a perfect, laid back environment.
